Eligible Returns
Items shipped from our U.S. warehouse may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit or refund if they meet the following conditions:

Item must be free of stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or damage
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.
Return Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
International Orders
At this time, return services are only available for orders shipped within the United States.
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of the U.S.
